Not throughly impressed . We used stones young as a letting agent for a property I had. Upon having to abruptly evict the tennants we struggled getting our bond back which stones young kept. We had to wait 3 months for our bond back which was in the contract we signed. But we had to do all the communication with them and chasing up for any updates which should of been the other way round . So the question is if I didnt chase this issue would I have recieved my bond back ??? . Poor side to the company.
