Very poor service, made me go through through a whole application process to be told at the end they couldn’t accept my application. I’ve dealt with several letting agencies and can honestly say these are the worst by far. If you’re looking to rent I’d steer clear and save your time

I am sorry that we could not progress your application further on this occasion. I have tried to contact you by telephone and left voice messages yesterday and again this morning.
Within the terms of our management agreement we offer our Landlords an undertaking to pay their rent on time whether or not this is received on time from the tenants.
Due to this undertaking our tenants have to pass Let Alliance’s credit check and reference criteria. We try to be as transparent as possible regarding our application process and we do explain on our application form that we can only offer a tenancy once we have received back a satisfactory credit check and reference report and have the Landlords formal instructions to offer a tenancy .
We process numerous applications for tenancy each day and have received some extremely positive feed back.
