I am an investor who purchases many properties in the local area. This is the only company I avoid at all costs. Trust me run and save yourself the hassle. On two different occasions I have witnessed the same pattern. I have offered the full amount and showed my proof funds. A week later I keep getting pushed to increase my offer as though I am bidding in a price war. The last time this happened it felt like they chose an individual they wanted to sell it to and didn’t bother with anybody else despite me offering the full asking price.
