We have always found the process of selling and buying houses extremely stressful. However, Mortimers and in particular Joanne Waddington, really helped to reduce this. Joanne was always there either at the end of the phone or in touch via email. She communicated with us regularly ensuring that we were always up to date as to where we were with the purchase of our new property.
