Sale achieved at the higher end of the price range expected. Plenty of interest generated in the sale of the property. Overall very pleased couple of minor niggles when branch busy on phone calls goes through to a branch support office which resulted in occasional delay. Plus an over eagerness to put a sold on the board prior to fully investigating the buyer. Madeleine in the Blackburn branch was excellent to deal with and kept us fully informed.
