Mr LLoyd Westall was extremely helpful in our dispute with Countrywide Mann

We switched agents shortly after our contract with CM expired because of lack of progress. They said we couldn't do this without paying two lots of fees.. Lloyd advised us that this was not true. and when CM harassed us and eventually took us to court helped us enormously by specifying our grounds for refusing to pay. .He was, therefore, instrumental in CM abandoning their court action, thereby saving us several thousand pounds. I always found him helpful and easy to deal with. At first I found him hard to contact but once I realised email was the best way of contacting him that was no longer an issue. To recap, Lloyd was helpful, and always had a positive attitude throughout our dispute.
