Outstanding from beginning to end

All of the team at Charles Carr have been absolutely superb from start to finish. Having never sold a property before and having heard everyone’s terror stories of awful estate agents, I wasn’t looking forward to it. However, Charles Carr have been an absolute dream! They’ve seen us through every step of the sale and even gone above and beyond to ensure that our purchase (with a different agent) has stayed on track. Louise Carr has been incredible and I can not commend her highly enough for the work she has put in to ensure everything has gone to plan. Charles Carr had the house sold within a week and we are due to complete within 10 weeks of having the offer accepted on our purchase.
