On the ball! Like a dog with a bone!
Having had a few complication in the bottom end of the chain I was beginning to loose hope about my sale! I decided to take the plunge and call Louise to find out exactly what was happening. She gave me clear information, time frames, chased everyone as soon as she said she would, came back with updates and never made me feel like I was hasseling her even when I was! A fabulous member of the team!
