Really helpful, kept us informed on a regular basis. Excellent customer service.
Sam from Charles Carr was a great help trying to negotiate a sale for a house we loved. Although the outcome was not what we hoped, her customer service was great. She kept us informed throughout in a timely manner. She answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently too. Hopefully we will have dealings with her and/or this agent in the future.
