Fantastic service received

We have been dealing with Charles Carr for around a month now and have been highly impressed and pleased with the service offered from everyone we have come across. Lloyd carried out our valuation and came back to take the photos and to produce the brochure for our property. We found Lloyd to be professional, honest, friendly and reliable. He is quick to respond to emails/calls and took time to listen to our feedback and wishes. Samantha has been dealing with our house search and has been a delight to deal with. Samantha is fantastic with our 2 year old and is very accommodating to our requirements with timings for viewings (husband works long shift). Samantha will approach us with suitable properties as soon as they are available on the market and only offers us properties that are suitable for our requirements and wishes. Samantha is patient, friendly, professional, will also return calls/emails promptly and keeps us up to date. Samantha was also involved in the sale of our property and has shown the same high level of service in this area too. We would highly recommend both Lloyd and Samantha to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
