From initially not being sent a copy of the signed Agency Agreement through several cancelled viewings, a whole 10 days without a viewing, the "information sheet for your reference" not being included with either of the Formal Confirmation of Purchase letters, not being told who our "allocated specific member of staff" was, three weeks with no updates on progress (with both offers), failure to recognise the signs that our first buyers were about to pull out, no evidence of any "chasing and providing regular updates on the progress of our sale", a lack of knowledge of our sale among the "18 members of staff" making up the "collective team", being told to drop our key in at one of your Bitterne offices but finding it locked and in darkness when we got there and having to go to the other office where a team meeting was taking place and we were made to feel like we were intruding, being told that we could "collect the keys" for the house we had just sold when we were just enquiring as to whether the funds for the sale had been received - and finally, not being sent the link to this review. In short, very disappointing service and would definitely NOT recommend you.
