Excellent estate agent - Happy tenant

I was impressed with how professional and proactive Charles Carr were with helping us secure a property, that we are moving into at the end of January. This particular property we wanted was attracting a lot of interest and advertised with other letting agents. Charles Carr did everything they could to secure us the property quickly. Their Fees were also less than most of the other estate agents we enquired with when we were looking for a new house to move into.
