Absolutely dreadful in all departments, Avoid at all costs!

Recently a buyer and had the utter misfortune to have to use Carter Edwards as the sellers agent. From the very start they have been slow and unresponsive, taking 2 weeks to get a response from the seller to a very simple question. I have received phone calls from 3 different members of staff asking for information that has already been given, or chasing me while I am waiting for a response from their own team in order to be able to move forwards! They appear to delight in wasting everyone's time, not communicating within their own team and going so far as to be simply rude in communications. In the end our purchase could have been completed 3 months quicker were it not for the utter ineptitude and complete lack of interest in or regard for their clients. Not even deserving of 1 star! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
