Myself and two friends are coming to the end of the administration process for one of your properties and are very much looking forward to moving into the property next week and I have to say that two of your employees have very much made this process really great. Mica Forrest initially showed us around the property and she was very friendly, knowledgable and we found her to be very approachable in a way which we felt we could email her any questions we had (even our silly ones). Our application was then handed over to Isabella Caci Marla which again helped make this process easy for us to follow. This is our first experience in applying for a rental property and Izzy absolutely made it so easy for us to under stand and was also very friendly over the phone and quick to reply to our emails and questions. I really wanted to pass this message onto someone in management of CJ Hole as I have felt very looked after and I never knew that this whole process could be so stress-free and enjoyable.
