5 Star service from all the team. We had registered our interest in a particular property several months before hand and were contacted by the team to let us know that there was a property about to come on the market - to me this was real customer service: that they had not only taken note of exactly the type of property we were after, but had kept our details to let us know about it. They quickly arranged viewings for our house, and got us several offers very quickly. We were then assigned Emma - who looked after the selling / buying process. She was excellent - gave us regular updates, kept things on track and gave us advice on our options / next steps. On top of all this she dealt very well with our very difficult buyer. At one point our buyer actually pulled out of the purchase, and the whole team worked very quickly, securing us a new buyer over the weekend, to ensure that we didn't lose the property we were buying. A big thank you to all the team at CJ Hole Bishopston. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
