Great Professional Service

Wow - smooth + stress-free!
My partner and I had to leave our previous home due to circumstances beyond our control and needed to find somewhere fast - we expected a turbulent few weeks and thought we would have to compromise on what we wanted to meet out deadline. However, just two weeks on we have secured the perfect place thanks to Loraine, Gareth & team at Mullucks. Every single thing was easy, well-communicated and transparent. Special thanks to Loraine who was in constant communication and was clearly pushing very hard on her end to get things through for us. Honest, reliable and efficient
This was a complicated sale: three houses joined together, plus two smaller parcels of land, with three different Land Registry owners, including two trusts, being sold together as one unit. Daniel Galati handled everything, from the initial valuation, to sourcing potential developers, through to the final exchange and completion (via an inevitable last-minute hitch) with a personal touch and a hands-on approach. Very satisfied with Mullucks in general, and Daniel in particular.

A great help, just when we needed it
We had the problem of selling my sister’s house in Much Hadham, whist we live in Devon. Andrew from Mullucks was enthusiastic and helpful from the start, offering advice and even checking on the property occasionally. The open weekend was organised without us needing to make another journey, we were kept in the picture at every step, and achieved better than expected results. Overall we were really pleased with the service from Mullucks.
