My experience of dealing with the team in Bishop Auckland has been a-maz-ing!; from the initial "walk-round" of the property with Martyn to the day-to-day dealings with Amanda, Elizabeth and Barbara in the office, who were handling the deluge of enquiries and viewings, everyone has been super friendly and very efficient. We have gone from putting the property on the market to accepting an offer well above the asking price, with almost 70 viewings in between, all within a month, which was far in excess of anyone's initial expectations. A special mention needs to go to Amanda who has done a fantastic job managing the "best and final" process and has being instrumental in getting us to where we are today. Thank you all so much for going "above and beyond" and for making a process I wasn't really looking forward to so straightforward.
