She diligently kept us informed of progress leading up to our ‘sealed bid’ offer with the vendor, explained the process in easy to understand language and was always available (returning calls was a great help) and on hand whenever we needed to contact her - very professional response. Christine Milburn also deserves a mention for keeping in touch all through the process of exchanging and completing which was invaluable as there were some tricky moments along the way which she helped us through to completion.
