Before viewing a property ask for confirmation they are taking more applications. I viewed a property on Tuesday and called Wednesday to ask to put in an application. I was told they would contact the landlord and call me back. Called Friday to be told they were not taking any more applicants, when I asked why they had let me view it they said they had nothing to do with the lettings side and just booked viewings? Wasted time viewing and also as I was under the impression my application was being considered as I was advised all my details had been sent to lettings on Wednesday, I have also wasted time not viewing other properties. The property is also still showing to let on the sites On The Market and Right Move!
