Dear Annabelle, I am sorry to hear that you feel let down by us. This particular property the client instructed us to continue marketing while the prospective tenants were undergoing referencing. There is also a time delay with the status updating online from available to unavailable. This is not an uncommon process and I have discussed this with the client and we all pass our apologies on if you feel as though you have not been kept informed.
