What can I say.... Saw a house I liked, rang to book a viewing, 2 days later I'm on the doorstep. Liked it, rang following day to make a offer, they called back a hour or so later to say yes. Followed by confirmation email etc. Amanda and the team made it all so easy. Really helpful, chatty and polite. It's rare to get customer service like this. Keep up the good work, I can't fault you.

Could not recommend the Bishop branch highly enough. After dealing with another online estate agents who wasted our time, J W Woods showed us why the personal touch makes all the difference. Barbara has been incredible over the last week, promoting our house and driving up interest. Elizabeth was also great to deal with for our house sale and purchase. The communication from both has been second to none. Martyn was also really helpful and reliable and came out at short notice to value our property and take photos for the website, even coming back to take further pictures once the grass was cut! They are all a credit to the company.
