From start to finish, which I must admit was only 4 -5 weeks of being 'For Sale', JW Woods kept in contact with me every single step of the way. I didn't have to wait days for an update, not even hours. My updates, requests for viewings and subsequent feedback was literally minutes. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions I had were quickly dealt with and overall I felt like I was taking to a friend. Barbara in the Bishop Auckland office was my 'go to gal'. Always happy and cheerful conversations. She made me feel like I was her only client, she recalled everything we'd discussed and what my concerns or hopes were. That's amazing when you think how many people they have to deal with, at different stages of the process, everyday. Martin my valuer was very professional. He explained thoroughly what the process involved. I felt I'd made the right decision selling with JW Woods at that first meeting and I didn't regret it.
