As first-time landlords in April 2016 we were referred to Belvoir by friends. We are glad they did, because Tracy and her team have provided good service and advice in our first year. We had no qualms about appointing them to manage a second property that we acquired recently. We recently (Dec 2020), placed our 4th property let with Belvoir - this time with Lilli looking after our case. Lilli was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. Belvoir found us a new tenant within 48-hours of the property being advertised. Even when this proposed let fell through at the 11th hour, Lilli found replacement tenants within 24-hours who moved in within 5-days including taking up the necessary references. Great service indeed !
