We had no qualms about appointing them to manage a second property that we acquired recently. We recently (Dec 2020), placed our 4th property let with Belvoir - this time with Lilli looking after our case. Lilli was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. Belvoir found us a new tenant within 48-hours of the property being advertised. Even when this proposed let fell through at the 11th hour, Lilli found replacement tenants within 24-hours who moved in within 5-days including taking up the necessary references.
