It has been over a year since renting through Belvoir and we have found them to be pleasant. But we were disappointed recently when Belvoir did not make us aware of observations they made during a home visit but instead emailled a report to the home owner which the content was negative. We wonder why they never discussed with us at the time of the visit the issues raised which from our point of view we deemed to be trivial which we would have challeged or taken action to put it right at the time. We did raised the matter with Belvoir and we received a letter which did not address the reason why observations made that day were not mentioned to us before a report was emailled to the home owner.
