I have lived in many parts of the world, as well as in the UK, and always tried to avoid agents when it comes to housing, until I met the staff at Northwood, Birmingham. From day one they have been more than helpful when dealing with any problem that we have faced. In particular I want to mention Laura who is not only a great member of Northwood staff but also an amazing human being who is professional in her manner and is such a charming and polite young lady. Northwood are lucky to have Laura as an employee.
