This 1 star review is not justified, as none of this was promised or agreed. This property was viewed by a friend representing the applicant, who also video called. Our previous tenant’s had just moved out and a full end of tenancy clean had been booked, together with an inventory in order to accommodate a late December check in. Nothing additional had been promised in any capacity. My Branch Manager conducted the viewing and was very clear about what was going to be done in the timeframe. The property was reserved with this understanding, but then the applicant wanted to change the arrangement by asking for a new sofa and for the whole apartment to be repainted before moving in… Once again, this 1 star review is not justified, as none of this was promised or agreed.
