So our journey with them started when we were invited to view one of their properties in i-Land development. Mr Nin, the managing director of Northwood, showed us around and made sure everything was clear and whenever we asked about something he would respond by showing us how it's done rather than simply giving typical responses. He was rather honest and straightforward. Myself and my wife appreciated that a lot. We had a couple of other viewings, we either didn't like the properties or the agent/agency as they had hidden costs and they were charging extra for things like a higher floor and so on. We immediately realised that Mr Nin/Northwood was the most honest agency/agent out of all of those who we had dealt with. There were no hidden fees, no silly extra charges, it was fair and straightforward. So, we came back to them and we made a proposal for the property and now we are moving our things there and everything is going smoothly (Godwilling). We needed a replacement for the parking gate remote and an extra fob. They provided those within 5-6 working days. Honestly, so far, they've have been a good honest company, and I am optimistic that they will maintain that work ethic. I will keep this review as up to date as possible so it is a true reflection of Northwood's level of service. But in all honesty, as of now, Northwood is undoubtedly a 5 star letting agency.
