I viewed a nice property with Northwood and it's been my best experience with a letting agency. Alan was very professional and accurate, was able to answer all my questions, providing comprehensive and truthful information and at the right time, giving me the opportunity to make an informed decision (which unfortunately is not always the case with other agencies). Keana was very kind and polite in asking me for information and the team was never pushy (again, an important benefit for me). I felt like I could really trust them. Overall, I found this agency very competent and professional and I would certainly recommend it
