AVOID AVOID AVOID!! especially Amrit Panesar. The property was in disgusting condition and they tried to take all of our deposit. Luckily we went through tds to dispute this but insanely u professional especially from Amrit Panesar. They try to stress students out by making them thing you have to pay all these fees once you move out when in fact you don’t please please please go through tds when you move out. We had to property professionally cleaned and the cleaners said it looked as if the property hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. We used their gardener they had recommended and then they tried to charge us 5 days rent because the gardener rescheduled. Bear in mind this is their own guy!! Crazy stressful terrible terrible people do not rent from them if you can students please you don’t want the stress and all the properties are falling apart and disgusting. Stay away from Amrit Panesar!!!!!

We would like to address several inaccuracies in your review: • Property Condition: The property underwent a professional cleaning prior to your move-in. No issues were raised at the time of your inspection. However, we subsequently observed deterioration in the property condition, particularly in your room, which we attribute to the presence of your pet. • Pet Concerns: You informed us that your pet would only be staying for a short period. Unfortunately, the presence of the pet resulted in significant damage to the carpets, necessitating replacement. We also incurred expenses to address the odour of pet faeces. • End of Tenancy Cleaning: As per your tenancy agreement, you are responsible for returning the property in a clean and tenantable condition on the agreed-upon end date. • Garden Maintenance: The garden maintenance contractor is an independent company that we utilize. Their contact information was provided to you well in advance of your tenancy end date to facilitate direct arrangements for the required work. • Deposit Resolution: Regarding the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) adjudication, it is inaccurate to state that the adjudicator awarded the deposit in your favor. The adjudicator sided with us on all but one point. We hope that your future landlords and letting agents have a more positive experience in their interactions with you.
