Went all the way to Birmingham for a viewing, and the agent told me they’d send my application over before the next day. Later that same evening, the property was already marked as “let agreed.” Really disappointing and felt like a waste of time.

Absolutely disappointing and horrible customer care. Almost a month of moving out and no deposit returned. No decision made on deductions till now. How ridiculous. Property manager always making promises that are not honored and making excuses. Serious incompetence.

I had a terrible experience with this agency. They booked me in to view a property that had already been let, wasting my time after I traveled all the way from London. When I called to raise my concerns, the person on the phone hung up on me instead of addressing the issue professionally. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I won’t be dealing with them again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
