I wished i could give them a 0 star. They have misled me during viewing about the property which led on me signing a contract based on false pretence. introduced me to a dodgy landlord who has not only made my life hell during that short 4 weeks tenancy but has now ghosted me to refund my deposit and my rent and they are denying having any responsibility with it. Although they know I would not have taken that tenancy if they did not vouch for that landlord. Forced to now involve courts to hold them accountable for their bad practices. Just avoid even the properties they claim to manage they are very useless, i had a hot water issue once , took them 5 days to fix it and it was during winter time. Just avoid or take extra caution when signing with them.
