Specifically, employee Gita, instead of solving problems, makes them worse, always blames you, never takes responsibility, and constantly lies. 1.5 years ago, we reported the dampness and mold problem in the house, they said they would fix it, but they did nothing. When I told them I was pregnant, they said they would fix it immediately, but by the 6th month of my pregnancy, they had turned the house into a construction site. My baby is now 4 months old and they still haven't completely fixed it. My walls are in terrible condition. The room I wanted to turn into a nursery is full of mold.
