Amazing service! There isn't a single negative thing that I can say about my letting agent in John Shepherd-Lily. She has been extremely helpful during the entire process of agreeing a let as well as after the contract started. Also considering the amount of work that they have to do,I am always surprised how she manages to reapond to my emails in no more than a few hours. After seeing many property agencies who treat their clients very poorly ,I am so happy to have found JS because with them everything has been fast,easy and hassle free.
