I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency, which is responsible for managing the building I live in. For the past three weeks, I have been trying to contact them about a broken chair they provided in the flat. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a safety issue. The person who sat on it injured their arm. I provided them with all the necessary details and requested a replacement, but three weeks later, I have received no action or even a response. It seems they are “extremely busy”—so much so that they can’t be bothered to address urgent concerns or respond to messages. Their complete lack of accountability is shocking. The furniture they provide is of terrible quality, and now, with Christmas around the corner, I have nowhere to sit. I’ve been left stranded with no solution because they simply don’t take tenants seriously. This agency is utterly unprofessional, unresponsive, and incompetent. If you’re looking for reliable property management, avoid them at all costs. Absolutely rubbish service!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! renting this place for your own good. The customer service staffs are rude and not helpful with anything. It is in the dead end of Birmingham. Many thefts and insecurities. it is NOT A SAFE PLACE. I REGRET MOVING HERE. 0 stars if any but they are lucky there is 1 star as the lowest rating.
Absolutely useless management, countless issues in these blocks, avoid at all costs, the first months of living here were scattered with issues such as theft, awful behaviour from tenants and such, which other than sending an E-mail/app notification the managers have done nothing about. They sit in the office everyday during work hours and never out of it, so you cannot come to them with a problem unless you take a day off. Not to mention how incredibly greedy they are, I lost a fob to get into the building after it broke off my keyring, a replacement costs £20 to get into the building I pay over £900 to rent in!!! That is absurd. I have had countless issues with their awful parking system which costs an additional £100 per month! Somebody parked in the space I had and despite raising it to security, nobody ever did anything and as such I had to live with the fact my bay was now someone elses! I don’t think they ever got fined but when I moved out the person helping me DID! An absolute farce, visitor parking permits were only supplied for 11 of the 12 months I lived here, during the first 3 months of living here the lifts were out of use constantly. I have moved out because the managers did not care to check in with a simple knock on the door one time during my stay, they somehow thought despite all these issues they could charge more for a 2nd year worth of renting! The absolute gall of them! Noise pollution is horrendous here, the factories across the canal constantly have generators on. The roadworks happening on the main road outside were a constant part of my journey to and from work as well. DO NOT RENT HERE, these people do not deserve your tenantship and certainly not your money.
This apartment is absolutely not a good place to live. The constant noise from the nearby factories makes it impossible to have a single day of peace. We can't open the doors or windows because the noise is just too loud. I strongly advise against renting such homes; you will waste your money. This place is a complete disaster.

The exterior of this apartment, although newly built, looks nice, but I have to criticize the management company for their poor performance. First of all, the industrial noise here is very loud. As long as you open the window, you can hear the harsh sound, making it impossible to rest quietly. Secondly, the efficiency of the management company is disappointing. I have rented a parking space for more than three months, but the parking company has been accusing me of violating the regulations and asking me to pay fines. I obviously pay parking fees every month, why am I still fined? Furthermore, the window was cracked. After I notified the management company, no one has taken care of it for a month, which is very annoying. To make matters worse, theft occurs frequently here, especially of packages. I often buy things from Amazon, but the packages always disappear. The office staff left the package lying around, and despite my repeated complaints, they did nothing to improve it, which was frustrating. All in all, the management company only knows how to collect money and impose fines for violations, but if they need to follow up, they are completely missing. If Google ratings could give 0 stars or even negative stars, I would definitely give negative 5 stars.
