I lived in Latitude building in Chinese quarter by Belvoir company for two years and I could say I had a really good time and never had I ever had any issues to be honest. They had they own dedicated maintenance support which came in handy when I needed. Also, Ayman helped me sort out my leave when I moved to another city, and I could tell he was really supportive and friendly, and was a massive help for the documentation and quite respectful when bringing other future tenant for viewing. Overall, I could strongly recommend Belvoir and I’m glad I was welcomed in such a good manner in their property.
