Excellent & professional service on Major and his team in Belvoir Birmingham Central. My current tenant has moved out by early termination in very short notice but not returned the 2nd sets of keys to us. Luckily, it is managed by Belvoir Birmingham Central. Major has given us appropriate and professional advice to deal with this issue and his team has prompted action and managed well when the tenants does not return the 2nd sets of keys to us in protecting the benefits of as a landlord and minimising the loss of us.
