I am really impressed with how Major Mahil and his team handled my lease termination process. Despite being on the 12-month lease for only about 3-month, they were able to support with through the move-out process and promptly put the apartment on lease for a new tenancy. Once a new tenant was found, they demonstrated their integrity by ensuring that I got my Deposit refunded and followed up with the landlord to ensure I got my partial rent refunded. Awesome!
