Hi Mel, We are sorry to learn of your issue you are having with your deposit and as you may be aware all deposits are protected by law under the TDS scheme rules and regulations and if you are unhappy with the points raised in your check out then you have the right to seek and proceed to dispute resolution who will then endeavour to find a resolution as we act on behalf of the landlord client, all deposit information was give to you within legal paperwork on move in.
