Dear Sirs, We would like to respond to this review which we believe to be fake / fabricated on the basis, firstly there is no name to this reviewer and “play too Legit” does not come across as a professional account, also it is noted that you mention a house you was shown around when we are in fact agency that only specialises in apartments so we are very much at loss as you have failed to in fact mention a property. All our staff are professional and trained to a very high standard and at no stage would our staff make threats of lawsuits at the viewing and we do find the review very unprofessional in terms of the comments made, we would welcome you to share the date and time of viewing together with full name of whom the booking was made under rather than a fake account which has been made up here. We aim to deliver the best levels of customer service and also that we are heavily regulated by the property Ombudsman and UKALA we treat all of our customers in an fair, honest and transparent manner.. All complaints are taken seriously here at Belvoir Birmingham and we can refer you to our online complaints procedure if you would like to make a genuine complaint which is not fabricated as we believe this one is as we have no details of booking especially under name of “Play Too Legit”.
