They have good properties on their website but their customer serviced isn’t welcoming at all and rude.
My first viewing was 20 mins late and and second one was cancelled an hour before the appointment and my third appointment apparently wasn’t on the system even though I have an email from them.

In regards to viewings - sometimes due to things out of our control we may be slightly delayed in attending viewings but will always communicate this with the client.
Likewise in terms of cancelling viewings - we do try do this in good time but again this can sometimes be out of our control.
