I've been with Belvoir for just over three years now and in fact when I recently moved house I made a specific effort to stay with them because they're so friendly! Charlene and Susannah in particular have always been on hand whenever I've had any questions and have made the process of moving between two properties as smooth as possible; there's a real sense that they want to help and it genuinely feels like they are concerned with their tenants' welfare.
