You had to be earning 2.5x the annual rent (combined) in order to pass referencing here which you informed us that you do earn this to which the referencing proved otherwise. We was then contacted by a 'guarantor' who indeed abused our colleagues verbally when this person had no connection with the property whatsoever on application stage as the landlord didn't even agree to this in the first place..? I firmly suggest going forward you provide valid and truthful information instead of false and fabricated information. To add to this further we have been told by Syed Munib that if we return holding deposit monies he will look to remove this review, we will not be brought into such blackmail and therefore will make our point clearly and strongly as seen on this reply.
