Bhavkhandan Singh, We firstly would like to add we take a zero tolerance of verbal abuse to staff and during the viewing it was recorded that you did in fact proceed to become abusive towards the lettings negotiator - constantly swearing and this was also witnessed by multiple other viewers at the time who have today given witness statements - as you can appreciate your behaviour of yourself and your family was witnessed by independent witnesses and the matter is now being dealt with externally. At the time of the viewing, it was recorded that you had very aggressive nature and we advised that we would not be recommending you to our landlords’ properties and of course have let other agents in Birmingham City Centre aware given the aggressive approach you chose to take here as we must ensure the safety of our staff. It was further noted yourself alongside another two family members proceeded to approach and enter the office even though we had advised you that we will not be entertaining you as potential tenants. Our office CCTV have captured you not only abusing but threatening two staff members of the team again in a aggressive manner and it can be seen which we will demonstrate and caught on CCTV you with “clench fists” and the CCTV has been passed over - we have circulated this with fellow agents in Birmingham City Centre.
