I’ve had one of the worst experience of my life with them. I moved for a year in one of their apartments that had mould. I had to wait and beg for 5 months to have someone to clean it and my flatmate got a severe allergy to mould do to their negligence. We ended the contract earlier with a notice of one month in advance. They are saying our deposit will be taken as we did not give any notice and because “there was no sign of mould” (we ourselves cleaned the apartment as much as we could). One of the employees told us that there will be no deduction from our deposit but now they’re saying the exact opposite. From experience, do not rent anything with them :). Save your time and money.
