(2024/02/14) Due to some personal issues, I was forced to leave Birmingham and I had to terminate my contract earlier than agreed. After I shared my situation with Belvoir, I got some quick responses and the process went smoothly. New tenants moved in within 20 days after I moved out, thanks to the efficient service by Belvoir. Regarding the financials, I was responsible for the property till the new tenants moved in and I also paid an early termination fee. I got the repayment of my deposit on time, full amount. The only thing I am still waiting is a refund of my monthly rent, Ndey the accounts clerk is helping me with this. Only a small amount, so hopefully she could sort it out very soon and then all done. (2023/03/27) Tenancy agreement signed, so far so good. Although there surely were some issues during the 1st week, all seemed to be moving in a correct direction with a reasonable pace thanks to young but professional managers Reiss and Reuben. I will keep updating my reviews as time goes by. (2023/02/22) Major Mahil is a great director. Kind and patient, always ready to answer your questions during the viewings. Maintaining good public relations is the key in this industry. Unfortunately, a lot of young agencies do not seem to understand that. Due to the high demand of the property, I may not be their future tenant. Whatever the result is, I'm looking forward to future chances with Major.
