We “popped” in on a Saturday at 10am in hope we could view a house at some point and was greeted with a smile by Laura .. to my surprise we was in the house and viewing by 11am, just an hour later! Prompt and reactive which is always a good sign! Laura has been brilliant and faultless throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion! Communication has been clear and concise, clearly an expert in her field as she shared her knowledge of the area regarding schools and education which was extremely useful and important to us, Laura works closely with our conveyancer and has given us timely updates along the way and put us at ease, always made herself available if we needed to visit the house for measurements etc and all in all just made the whole transaction as seamless as possible! 10/10 for Laura and Country Properties Biggleswade!
