We’ve just bought our first house through Country properties with superb help and support from the team. We received really good service and help from Laura in the initial stages of viewings and finding this property.. then even better support from Tracey for the past few months when we faced a lot of delays with the sellers solicitors. I didn’t even know such a role existed so when all of a sudden I started seeing results from Tracey chasing them it was amazing! My correspondence with her was all through emails but with such quick responses, I was always and constantly kept up to date about what was happening. We definitely would not be picking up our keys this week had it not been for Tracey’s involvement, so a massive thank you to her as well as the team for getting our sale through. From start to finish, we received a high quality service from all the team at Country Properties in relation to selling our parent's house. Irma and Ashley did a sterling job preparing the particulars and producing an excellent brochure, which soon resulted in an offer that we accepted back in March. The process progressed at a relatively slow pace, partly due to the Covid-19 pandemic and some issues around planning options and extra bank checks etc. and throughout it all, Irma and her team, supported very well by Tracey (the Sales Progressor) kept up the momentum and remained professional and positive. At one point there was a major risk that we'd lost the sale but Irma saved the day and I am so pleased that we completed yesterday (mid November) and the buyers they found (from London) seem lovely. Really good service from Irma. Was great with communication the entire time. Explained everything clearly and she always got back to us quickly which was appreciated. Needing to rent, for the first time and at short notice, we were very lucky to find Country Properties where Catherine and her colleagues did all they could to secure and get us into our home - within 4 weeks. Fantastic service by Irma Bucci and Tracey Curaba. Having started our search at the beginning of the year, we finally found our soon to be beautiful family home. Right from the start Irma has been very helpful, welcoming, professional and has really helped to convert the offer to completion when we had queries with the seller. Due to the size of the property we encountered a few issues with the deeds. We feel Irma went above her duty to help out and deal with both parties amicably all whilst going through the current pandemic. We always felt Irma was there for us during this big purchase.
