It started with really good local knowledge and presence which resulted in rapid viewings and an offer which the team were able to vet for me. But they really came into their own when I experienced problems with my solicitors being slow (oh so slow!). Extremely friendly and professional staff who go the extra mile to help you. When I was trying to move down from Scotalnd all other letting agents denied me a chance to apply for rented accomodation citing I needed to physically be there in person. Country Properties had no issue at all. Florence was an absolute hero the entire time. I will be using them again!
