We’ve just bought our first house through Country properties with superb help and support from the team. We received really good service and help from Laura in the initial stages of viewings and finding this property.. then even better support from Tracey for the past few months when we faced a lot of delays with the sellers solicitors. I didn’t even know such a role existed so when all of a sudden I started seeing results from Tracey chasing them it was amazing! My correspondence with her was all through emails but with such quick responses, I was always and constantly kept up to date about what was happening. We definitely would not be picking up our keys this week had it not been for Tracey’s involvement, so a massive thank you to her as well as the team for getting our sale through. Honestly highly recommend this team!

Really good service from Irma. Was great with communication the entire time. Explained everything clearly and she always got back to us quickly which was appreciated. Even though lots of companies had poor service through lockdown Irma if anything was even more on the ball! We would definitely use them again.

Ashley was great. My mother felt very comfortable dealing with him. We were fortunate that the first people to view my mother’s property made an offer straight away. The whole process was relatively straightforward. Ashley helped progress the sale to completion, as the usual member of staff was taken ill. He did a good job! All in all the staff at Country Properties were very polite, they all had good customer care skills. This was one of the main reasons we chose Country Properties.
