Great team delivering great

I emailed a number of local agents and Belvoir were the only ones to promptly call me. They came straight out to assess the property and I was so impressed with their attitude that I signed up. They're pricing is competitive and they filled me with confidence. They got lots of enquires but we're also able to screen some of these out based on what tenants would suit the property instead of just accepting the first ones. Can't fault the service and would definitely use again.

Dynamic

Shalin and Minesh have been incredibly helpful. Funny and serious when necessary. The whole process was smooth and had no hiccups on their part whatsoever. Belvoir train their members to the highest degree and this has shown through Shalin and Minesh's work. Very much appreciated. Shalin was also very kind to us when we moved in but I'll leave out the details.

First Class Letting

Shalin and Minesh are a credit to Belvoir. From the outset they were flawless in the letting process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and were at hand to explain the finer details of letting. They are both extremely approachable and so easy to get on with. I can see why landlords come back to them out of area to use as these guys are the best I have dealt with. When my personal circumstances changed they bent over backwards to help and I couldn't ask for more. I can wholeheartedly recommend these two gentleman without any reservations.
