I have been dealing with Ambrose for my first line contact and have only had excellent and efficient service at all times. He responds promptly to my emails and attends to my queries. Previously I dealt with Shalin who was just as efficient.

Have been renting my property
Have been renting my property through the Biggleswade team for about a year. Excellent communications and excellent response times in sorting out issues for the tenants and vice versa. Shalin, Ambrose and Minesh are always very helpful and quick at getting things done - with a good team on hand for when repairs need looking at. This also benefits the tenants aswell as the landlord. Accounts are always on time and clearly laid out

I have been renting a
I have been renting a property from Belvoir for a year now and have been exceptionally happy with the service I have received from Minesh & Shalin. Minesh and Shalin are helpful, friendly, hard working and always there should I have any issues with my property. At present I am looking to buy a property and Belvoir Biggleswade is my first port of call as I trust my estate agents and look forward to continuing our professional relationship.

Both Ambrose and Minesh are very positive and happy when I have had to call in to the Biggleswade branch. They are always pleasant and friendly, and prompt in handling any issues regarding my rented home.

As part of our move back to
As part of our move back to the UK we only had 3 days intensive house/flat hunting. One of the properties we viewed was managed by Shalin and his team. Not only was the property wonderful, but the way Shalin cared about his work as an agent was a huge draw to renting via him and his Belvoir branch. We've been delighted with our experience as tenants.

I would highly recommend
I would highly recommend anyone to use these agents. I moved from London into Bedfordshire and truly believe it wouldn't have been possible without Shalin, he's a great agent very professional and accommodating considering I had to travel from London. Shalin has a true passion for his job and furthermore is a people's person and truly cares. Before moving into my home Shalin ensured certain checks and safety measures were implemented and reassured me on these. I can honestly say Minesh, Shalin and Ambrose always deal with matters quickly and professionally. All three are very easy to talk to which I think is very important. I couldn't ask for better agents. Highly recommend to use!

Shalin at Belvoir has been
Shalin at Belvoir has been excellent with finding the perfect tenants for my rental property, he has dealt with all aspects professionally and promptly, keeping me updated at all times - he also has a team of professional tradesmen if required which can sort any jobs at a very competitive cost. I would recommend Shalin to any landlords looking for a agent that will deliver what they actually say they will and make the whole process less stressful.

Since the branch has been
Since the branch has been taken over there has been a dramatic improvement with communication and customer service. Small things make a difference such as fast replies to emails, call backs and receipts for payments. I have mostly dealt with Ambrose at the branch and he has been excellent, very friendly and helpful.
